(“us,” “our,” “we,” or “Homemanageables”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between the subscriber to the Service (whether on a trial basis or through purchase of a subscription) and/or anyone who visits or shops at the Homemanageables website and Homemanageables online store (“you,” “your,” “yourself,” “user,” or “customer”) and Homemanageables.
